Huron Hospital is a 211-bed acute care, teaching hospital located in East Cleveland on the former estate of John D. Rockefeller. The hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) offering medical services in cancer, critical care, emergency care, diabetes, geriatric medicine, cardiac care, infectious disease, and surgical care. A Behavioral Medicine component providing adult inpatient and outpatient mental health, chemical dependency and detoxification services, Women's Health Center and a Level I OB Unit and Family Maternity Center are located on the hospital campus.
