Fostoria Community Hospital (FCH), a member of ProMedica Health System, is a 25-bed, full-service, acute care hospital serving the people of Fostoria and the surrounding communities in its three-county service area. Patients at FCH have access to state-of-the-art surgery, diagnostic and emergency center facilities, as well as an active, consulting and courtesy medical staff of more than 100. FCH is a critical access hospital with The Joint Commission accreditation.
